Fortitude Wellness Collective, LLC, a thriving and dynamic mental health practice, is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join us as 1099 independent contractors. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate and tailored mental health services to diverse communities, and we're excited to expand our team!

Here, you can focus on your clients while we take care of the behind-the-scenes details like referrals, marketing, billing, and credentialing. Oh, and did we mention the flexible schedule?

Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking licensed professionals independently licensed in DC, MD, or VA who hold one of the following credentials: LICSW, LCSW, LPC, Ph.D., PsyD, or LMFT. If you're provisionally licensed (LGSW) in DC, no worries—we provide supervision to help you level up your practice!

We’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

• Hold an active license (LPC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.) or are an LGSW in DC

• Have at least 1 year of experience providing individual/couples therapy

• Are ready to work independently but also love being part of a team

• Can see clients for at least 10-15 hours weekly with a flexible schedule (weekends and evenings are great!)
