A Superbill is a monthly statement for insurance purposes that shows a list of services you received from your out-of-network provider. It’s like a detailed invoice or receipt. You may be able to submit a Superbill to your insurance company to receive reimbursement for services. You can contact your insurance company to learn if you have out-of-network benefits. If applicable, our office can provide you with monthly Superbills for you to file with your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
